Guest EricGuest Report post Posted 08/03/2008 12:45 AM I am very puzzled as to why I've suddenly now have no more caller id information coming in. There's no more Pop-Up window, although this has always been turned on. And I've never changed the setting to let 3 rings come in first. At first I thought maybe it was the Dialogic D/4JCT Card that is faulty. So I switched to using my previous card Proline/2V , and still, no pop up caller id, and the system behaved as if there was no caller id (ie. no matching path found. so stops script/hangs up). So I tested the same telco line directly with a couple of phone handsets, one old and one new; they both showed the callerid coming in. I've attached 3 zip'd groups of logs: One log from Proline/2V: no callerid One log from D/4JCT: no callerid One log from D/4JCT from 5 days before this , when caller id being grabbed ok . Maybe you can compare before-and-after system process.
